You left out the rising cost of food, houses are not selling, foreclosures, and utility bills are higher.

As far as I'm concerned, the Clintons did a great job when he was in office, then when the crook took over, everything took a nosedive.
Of course we the people were stupin=d enough not only to take a chance on one bush, but elect another dirty bush!!So we have no one to blame but ourselves, the voting public!!!!!

In the honor of freedom of a nation from a dictator

Businesses misjudge American spending habits

Congressional budget

Americans buying cell phones, ipods, computers, hdtv, game systems and games, dvd collections, too expensive homes, etc instead of health insurance

Supply and demand - Americans buying suv's and 4 wheel drive trucks

Where on earth did you hear that the uninsured do that?

Believe it or not there are Americans that have these things and no health insurance and the numbers of them that live this way would probably surprise all of us.

And what source do you get this information from?

What you are saying does not apply to the uninsured people that I know. They are working hard to put food on the table. Some even work two jobs.

And what does that have to do with Bush. I guess as soon as he came to office he stole all their insurance. The economy has grown, just not as much as it has in the past. Bush also isn't in control of the housing market. It's supply and demand and right now its a buyers market. If it was a sellers market people would be complaining that housing was too expensive rather then , not getting enough money for your house.

I don't understand people who actually think the president has all this control over so many factors.

As for the soldiers... they are in the army. There job is to go fight for the country. Some are gonna die. Not saying that its not sad, but these guys know what they are signing up for. The mortality rate of this war is only like 4% for our soldiers. Look up other wars in history. They have way more deaths. People complain about how much money we are spending. That money is whats helping keep these guys safe while they do their missions.

I have not said anything negative about the brave men and women
fighting in Iraq.

I am not saying that it is all due to Bush. In my state, the contributing factors include Bush, the House that he runs, the war, and the Rupublican Governor of my state (creep).

The Governor and fellow Republicans have cut off our state-aid health insurance to any single person that earns more than $200 per month. If you are making under $200 per month, you are homeless. If you are homeless, you can't receive the aid because you have no address.

Oh, for the love of God, we went through this same thread a few weeks ago.

I loved it!! The President was joking around with the Press waiting for John McCain and the Press loved it!!

Lindyy says:

Well, Winx, what state is that? Does sound odd.

But, why do you not get involved with your representatives and see if you can get something done about it? Sounds like a good community service project.

Good luck.

Truly valid point. Isn't amazing how those who bash GWB can't seem to make up their minds? On one hand he's the dumbest most moronic man ever to draw breath but on the other he's so clever that he alone has wrecked the nation, orchestrated the housing market collapse (no no, really, it wasn't the people who signed papers on ARMs they couldn't afford--wasn't their fault) fixed gas prices, on and on and on.

Funny to me how seem to want it both ways.

Good point man.

George Bush tap dances...

Bill Clinton cheats on his wife and chases tail in the White House....

Blaming one or the other for the state of this country is as ridiculous as global warming, Britney Spears singing career, or Elvis' eating habits....

You have a roof over your head? You have food to eat? You have a car to drive? You have access to the internet? You have the right to spew as much hate-filled speech as you want?

Congratulations.

You're better off than 91.4% of the people on this earth.

Bush and his team are to blame, these folks are as well connected as they come and they repesent the the money interests to the detriment of america in general to them america is just a rescourse they can exploit and profit from and when the bowl is licked clean by them they then look at the rest of the hungry faces in the country and exclaim " its all you fault you know you should have seen this comeing and been born rich"
