pretty good i guess just got scrappin' throat from the wind
yesterday--but i'll live--

looks like we are all cleaning today lol.im doing mine as soon as
matties mom pics him up so i dont have to worry about it being undone as
soon as its done lol.

keeps freezin up on me. and goin real slow. darn kids keep screwin it

Well got my room clean I don't want to do the rest lol a three bedroom
two story house is not fun to clean so IL do one room at a time lol

You should run a spyware removal tool like Adaware or Spybot S&D after
cleaning out your cookies. You should also check your start up menu to
verify that you don't have any programs in there that you Don't use
EVERYTIME you turn on your pc. Also, check the size of your virtual
memory as it should be 2-3 times the size of your physical memory. You
should also have a reasonable amount of hard drive space available even
after the virtual memory is full. That would be the first things I would
look at. You may want to run a full system scan for viruses as well but
typically they are not the cause of the things you described.

Thanks It took me years to get to the level I am at to know what to
suggest to people with pc issues. Especially online because I cant see
what they see. I have walked people through modifying the windows
registry on the phone in the past though not that I wold reccomend doing
that with a novice though.

Besides your a neighbor of mine what are neighbors for anyhow but
helping each other out.

i'm pretty new to this whole computer stuff and my pc was given to me
it's pretty old 2000 gonna get a new one here pretty soon

Personally I like the Windows 2000 Professional environment but XP is
actually a softer and more efficient OS and soon it will be replaced
with Windows Vista which is far more Multimedia friendly.
