Was just wondering how many hours of labor all you mom's have went threw?? I went through 48 hours, I went in labor on a monday and didn't have my daughter until Wed. She was very stubborn and wanted to stay where it was nice and warm. But now seeing her and interacting with her makes it all worth it. She is a wonderful and smart three year old little girl.

I wish I could have only been in labor 10 hours...Was that your first baby?? The doctor's told me the first is always the longest.

Mine are all grown up now. drinker
Never knew labor past 5 hours. One of the lucky ones I guess.
Popped four out so fast that I allmost had one in the car and another one at home! laugh

Guess I made up for it with other circumstances though:

One was born during a tornado warning on Mothers Day.

Another was born around thanksgiving- never did get to eat that big meal I had just cooked.

Had one on leap day!

Had one while Christmas shopping!

The kids and I still laugh about those events!!! drinker

Pitocin. I had it too, as I was induced. Nasty, evil, vile stuff. If I see it again I'll go home and give birth in a bathtub....

I was in labor for about 31 hours, and after four hours of pushing finally had a c-section.....

Yes, that it's - Pitocin. It's downright mean to give that to a woman, I'm telling you. They gave it to me 4 hours into labor.
And I still was feeling it 24 hours later.
