Topic: “Tomorrow is A New Day”

“Tomorrow is A New Day” I look in the mirror and what do I see. I see a soul that wants to be free. As I stand here in this place. Looking back at me is a face. With eyes at times that seems to glow. And other times have let the tears flow. I see a face that knows of a smile. And that life can be so worthwhile. I see within those eyes of a past. That at times went by too fast. It is a face that has known sorrow. And always looks forward to tomorrow. It is a face that within there heart they hold. Love for others as if it was a pot of gold. You see when you look into the face of another. It could be your father, brother, sister or your mother. If you look close that face could be theirs. That loves you and has shed life’s tears. So as you stand there in front of that mirror. Things will begin to be a little clearer. Maybe it will be you or maybe it will be me. That is standing there staring in the mirror we see. Standing there as we listen to them say. Live your life each day and pray. That no matter what comes our way. Always know that tomorrow is a new day. K.L.M 3/13/08

Kristi, you always have a way with putting things in perspective. I look in the mirror and I see someone who has had a rough life, but who also has been given a second chance in life. But then again, I just brush my hair and realize, all I needed was to brush away the bedhead. Oh well, some reflection. Beautiful as always my dear friend.
