Can someone please tell me why guys just stop talking to me after a while and I never hear from them again...no explanation at all...things will be goin totally fine...getting along and everything...then boom they just stop talkin and totally disappear..and not a single word out of them after that...I just don't get it...It hasn't just been one person either..its been several...and none of them can give me an explanation...I have no idea what I'm doing wrong here...I hope someone can give me some insite as to why people do this...just doesn't make sense to me

it's happened to me several times, don't know why but I don't let it bother me..life goes on and we make the best of it.

Happens to me too. I think they figure out rather quickly that we girls are just too damn good for them!

By talking do you mean like on here, or IRL?

Unfortunately, guys tend to find interest in multiple people, but when they get bored or simply find someone who stops them in their tracks, the world around them ends.. and they forget they've befriended with many others. Not only that, men really do lose interest in women quickly.. think about it, their attention span isn't that great (sorry guys) and they get side-tracked easily (especially when single) or on the prowl for whatever it is they have a desire or taste for.

Don't take it so personal.. people enter and exit our lives on a daily basis. Besides, you only want to associate with those who wish to stick around and learn of you.. so, brush it off your shoulder and seek the next. Eventually, someone consistant and extraordinary will side track you too.

I don't put any expectations on them at all..one has been from on here but the rest have been IRL....and talking I mean just hanging out being friends...

I'd say chalk it up to no chemistry... or their loss, whatever makes you feel better.... and keep trucken'.

It happens to us too. I have had several people that won't return emails that I had been talking to for some time. I think it is just the nature of the internet dating thing. I also have several people that I have met in person and we still talk on the phone and still go out and do things. I have also had others though that I have lost contact with for some reason or the other. Like the others said don't take it personally, some men do lose interest if it hasn't gone beyond chatting on line but they probably have an agenda Just hang in there though, you will find that there are some good people on here that are looking for true friends and they will stick by you.

oh I know women do it too unfortunately...and I really don't take it that personally when its online like I said its been 1 or 2 on here..the rest have been in person that I didn't even meet online..just doesn't make sense to walk away without saying anything...

It's actually happened to me quite a few times, ladies I have had interest in, and what seemed like they had interest in me for some reason or another, just stopped talking.. or some that I may be interested either never reply, or just reply every now and then.. You are young, so you have a little more time to find the one that will be right for you.. wishing you well..
