Thank you, Debbie. What I am MOST angry about is the fact that the CONFESSION on tape, which I heard with my own ears, cannot be used. Thanks to the blunders/mishandling of his arrest and not following proper procedures!
So, now it is her word against his, pretty much. There just has to be proof that #1, He was a primary caretaker #2, that she was under the age of 16, and lastly, #3, that there was penetration of ANY kind. (*Let me be blunt here.....if she had an opening...he used it, ok?) So, without the tape, she's got to dig into memories/facts that she would just as soon forget forever. It is unbelievably tough on her, and as I said, that low life is not taking the stand. |

Oh Dear Lady Theresa,
 I am so sorry for your daughter  and for you and for all of the innocent victims of this world I am so sorry this happened.... This is far from an isolated case & it is difficult to talk about i am sure... but you had the courage to ask for prayer...  Lord, i stand before the throne of Your Grace right now, and i bind the spirit & power of the enemy & i command him back to the fiery depths of hell once and for all... Lord, i ask for Your Blessed & complete covering on Theresa and her Daughter and on all the victims involved here .... Lord, i pray that you will loosen their tongues & give them total remembrance, just long enough to convict and sentence this evil man to either a very painful & immediate death or a lifetime of prison in the smallest filthiest prison hole where he has a jail cell mate that will do to him what he has done to others and that his suffering & humiliation will never end, just like the suffering of the innocent victims, whose hearts & minds & memories may never mend , without a Divine intervention From Thee, O Lord.. I ask for Your righteousness to be done.... that YOU give these victims the exoneration and allow these poor innocent victims to really heal I ask this all by the Power of the shed Blood, and The Mighty Name of Jesus the Christ....  Forever and ever we praise You and We thank you and We trust that You will carry out the final judgment here  In Jesus Precious Name we pray  Amen |

This was in Arkansas? When? I ask because I will research it myself before I pray for something I have no facts of. This is serious. If a child remembers much he will usually get time.
If he indeed did this,(I'm not saying he didn't)just being careful. I will of course pray that the will of God be done and that he gets his just rewards. My heart goes out to the girl. It must be hard to know this of her dad and...that's it. Kat |

Does anyone know how I can get the results FREE for a case record number? I have a case number of prior sexual offense, but will have to pay for it the route I've gone to this point.

Man.........what I didn't know........sickening! Ask your lawyer. Or request the paperwork from the case. Although that may cost you from the courts. But, your lawyer should be able to do it for you, for free from theirs. After he is sentenced you should be able to get court records, or maybe through the DOC. I suggest going through the lawyer before it is totally done, so it doesn't cost you. I think she has the rights to her paperwork? Good luck in this. May God bless you and the daughter. I pray that the outcome of this ordeal be what it is supposed to be. That Jesus will see the truth and make this young lady whole. Heal her and give her the ability to carry on without guilt and live a healthy life from here on out. Making her memories her strength. Keeping her heart open to love and kindness without fear. Believing that Jesus never gives us more than we can handle but makes us stronger. It is through Jesus that we expect His miracles, His healing, His strenghts. Jesus...clean the hearts and souls of those undone by a misjustice of their humanity. May this be dealt with as you see fit. Seeking for your protection and wise interpretation. I pray this to God through the SON Jesus our Holy Saviour. Kat |

We have even gone through trouble between ourselves because I am furious and she says, "Well, he was ok when he wasn't doing that." I cannot for the life of me how she can separate the monster and the man.............
