My resolution is to buy a house by the end of the year. Not to have it
paid off or anything like that, but to get the ball rollin. I'm tired of freakin movin. |

You, should not look at it as a diet....more like a life style
decide on a realistic size and weight, and set your goal for that and remember that breakfast should be the heaviest meal of the day, and dinner your lightest...workout at least 3 times per week, for at least 45 min, mostly Cardio...stretch, constantly during the day, for that long lean look between the waist and rib cage...once these things become as natural as drinking a glass of water....you,ll forget the word Diet....! |

I have a couple, One is to maintain my life style change I started about
8 months ago, Get out of the house more and learn how to have a social life and to get my kids through another year of school with honors. |

This year I want to vary my workout routine..I'm in love with running
stairs but I want to try a spinning class. I also want to stop teaching aerobics on Friday night....but everyone in the class is such a great person or friend that I always decide to keep the class. I need to find a great alternative! |
