My resolution is to buy a house by the end of the year. Not to have it

You, should not look at it as a diet....more like a life style
decide on a realistic size and weight, and set your goal for
that and remember that breakfast should be the heaviest meal of the day,
and dinner your lightest...workout at least 3 times per week, for at
least 45 min, mostly Cardio...stretch, constantly
during the day, for that long lean look between the waist and rib
cage...once these things become as natural as drinking a glass of
water....you,ll forget the word Diet....!

forget the word diet, if it looks good, smells good and tastes good eat
it. I can see the women lining up to attack, guess I need to hide. LMAO

This year I want to vary my workout routine..I'm in love with running
stairs but I want to try a spinning class. I also want to stop teaching
aerobics on Friday night....but everyone in the class is such a great
person or friend that I always decide to keep the class. I need to find
a great alternative!
