Just think if it was not for surveillance cameras at the carwash in Florida the lady that sprayed her 2 1/2 yr old with the water nozzle would not have been caught. Don't do anything wrong and you want have a problem.

that's not exactly the same. that was a privately owned establishment with their own cameras. government monitoring it's citizens is a little different |
