Let me start this way. I am overweight. To me....a lot. My friends, family and strangers not to mention my Drs all tell me I wear it well, that I have an athletic build therefore hiding it well. That they would never guess me to be that weight.
Anyway....I am not a bubble, however I call myself a weeble...(weebles wobble but they don't fall down)  Sooooooooo........since I have been at this new job, I have lost 6 pounds! I love it! I can see it. 6 pounds makes me very happy. My pants fit better, my tummy is different. I still grunt when I bend over, but I think that is more my age than anything. Who would have thought 6 pounds would feel so good? Kat

I hear you with the job doing the trick I took a part time job for some extra cash during the Christmas season at Target...Ended up losing alot of weight running my behind off! Good luck with that

I lost 20 pounds just by not drinking for 6 weeks. I had to buy all new clothes. Congrats to you

tell me your secret... I got a new job and added alot more than 6 pounds.. but now that I live on the 3rd floor i think i should drop alot.. I am sooo excited for you! Keep it up.. |

My last job was VERY physical. I mean very! I did that job for 10 years. I never lost so much as a pound. This new job is a different kind of physical. I have worked there since the middle of December!
I know it should feel good that my own Dr tells me my muscle mass is what covers up the true weight I hold, but it doesn't. There is fat and it feels terrible. I am heavy for my height. I am 5'3 1/2 tall. I weigh over 150lbs...I am not telling how much over  . Believe me it would make you think I am round. I just want to feel good and just this small amount feels soooo good. I gotta a new bounce in my step. Not that kind of bounce... I may just enjoy working today. Thanks all you guys for your support. If I lose anymore I will update you. Kat |
