Really depends, but now it seems that simple things are blown way out of proportion, just for the money in a lawsuit. Not saying all cases, but a majority aren't worth the paperwork.

The ones I've seen but not been involved with, yes they were a bit, overdramatized.
It has happened to me and was dealt with fairly. One guy got written up, the other demoted. He married another co-worker, by the by....

Sexual Herassment is a little too vague! some women don't have a problem with honey, sweets, a touch on the shoulder and others just can't handle it. and it also depends on if the guy is cute or not! |
