sorry...I didn't make that clear...I wasn't talking about the Allied and German command coming to an agreement...I meant there was cease fires that were agreed on at some battles that were going on by the both sides...nothing formal.. The Germans never surrendered until the Russians were at the door to the Ge3rman Chancellery, and Hitler was dead. They chose to surrender to us because they knew the Russians would never forgive them for the atrocities committed against them! Seize fire??? When, where? Im not from Missouri but Show me! The incident at Christmas you referred to was WWI, Hitler was a Private, and neither side called a seize fire. It was a mutual, spontaneous agreement by some soldiers in one spot along the front. Not even widespread! I was sure I read it happening in both wars but looks like I was mistaken... so tell my why do you seem so agitated?...oh have you found the ruling yet?.... |

I doubt I will. The Pubes pretty much covered that possibility the same way the stole the elections and had the Patriot act renewed. DECEIT!! and They put the judges in place to ensure they wouldnt be prosecuted.
There are impeachment papers though, and plenty of proof against them!! |

Using that logic, since it was the Japanese that bombed Pearl Harbor, we had no business being in Europe during WWII. If this generation had been living during WWII, we would be speaking either German or Japanese today. Using your logic, we would have skipped striking Japan at all for Pearl harbor and hit China instead After all they look the same and act the same, right?

We struck the people who did Pearl Harbor for doing Pearl Harbor. We have not hit bin laden for doing 9/11. Instead we are striking others who had nothing to do with 9/11. Americans needed to focus on the goal, not the sidelines in this psuedo "war on terror". Iraq is a sideline, bin laden is the goal, or at least to an intelligent person bin laden should be the goal. |

I know I was busy and missed most of the party there. They were like little boys with one of those amazing self discoveries, just amazed and in awe and wonder over themselves. Their attacks are nothing new. Babyshrub started it with his " they are either with us or against us" speech. He has divided America, which was his goal, by doing this. Also, being patriotic means, to some, for some ungodly reason I do not know, that you stick your head up the pres's butt and love it no matter how rank it gets. Instead of looking for the right and just cause for America. Instead of looking for the justification for 9/11. Instead of looking for the vindication for the victims of 9/11 and their families. Somehow, the shock of our being struck on 9/11 and the grief afterwards allowed the great burning bush to manipulate the intelligence and vigilance of Americans. We are normally not that easily mislead, or at least I did not think so, until 2001, when shrub started talking about Saddam and not bin laden. I stand firmly that America is better than what the great illustrious shrub has made it into and we will recover from the damage he has done to this wonderful country. There are enough of those with similar perspectives out there. And the numbers are growing daily.

I guess the fact that we have managed to get quite a few of the upper echelon of al-Qaeda while in Iraq has been nothing but a waste of time. As I recall, the only way we got Japan to surrender was to drop a bomb on Hiroshima and another on Nagasaki. |

Read a book on history before you start preaching about it. The U.S. dropped the second bomb because Japan hadn't surrendered and didn't think we had another one in our arsenal. Dropping those bombs saved many American lives. Dragon. I recommend you watch the movie "Rules Of Engagement". That will show you the kind of people we are dealing with.

we havent hit bin laden? hey WTF do you think we went to afghanistan for in the first place, he doesnt any longer have any training camps there, we've killed or capture all, and i mean all his top people except for one, but we didnt hit him..... Thats like telling somone they're only a "little" bit pregnant... *edit* is there a reason you are unable to keep to the post without resorting to insults??? dont you have some flys you can torture somewhere near you?

This thread is a perfect example of how how this current regime is preparing the way for the end of our consitutional rights. They have no fear of their constituates, those of us that care cannot seem to agree on anything. We should all be working together to find the truth, & boot all career politions out of office, they are all bought by people who have a great interest in bringing down borders for trade (securing cheap labor & a global market), but keeping war highly profitable. Dragoness I agree with you, I have been reading a lot of your posts & I respect you. I love this country & one of the things I love is our freedom to be here speaking our minds. I fear we are very close to losing that right. Terrorists can't take it away, but congress led by corperate greed can. I try to learn from everyone here, even those I disagree with at times bring up good food for thought. let's try to debate civally & learn from each other please. by the current regime I do hope that you are speaking of the congress, who's socialist plans and idealogy by its own definitions frown upon idividualism thus taking away those very rights you seem to hold dear, democrats hate the constitution and the bill of rights, except when it is used to back up some weird thought of theirs. |
