Today's the day that I was born,
Exposed to all the death and scorn. I hold my breath, afraid to breath, I didn't want to go... I didn't want to leave. I stop to think and ask myself why, I was born, just to die. My mother holds me to her bosom tight, And I open my eyes to see the light. I ask myself, why do I live? Why to my life did my mother give? My father stands by my mothers side, Asking himself, Why, God... Why? And as I think about it and ask myself why, I let out my breath... and start to cry. With Equescent thoughts... FroznChild

I loved it. It was beautiful.
As I soar through the sky, rivlets of wax flow from my wings. A blistering journey down my skin. I fly higher. Though my flesh melts away, I continue to rise. Tormented, with pain as my guide, I reach for the light. I silently watch, all that I am slips through my fingers. Broken and falling, I can not help but think, I almost reached the sun. |
