I have a huge craving for chili right now, lol.
What are some things you do, when you make chilli, to give it some pizazz?..(if anything) |

I like to use green tomatoes, as they keep their texture better than the red (ripe) ones. I prefer to use a combination of both ripe and unripened ones. Of course, depending on where you live that might not be an option. But at least use fresh rather than canned. Or possibly tomatillos?

I like McCormick Tex-Mex Seasoning Mix...has a bit of a bite but not too much.
