Ok I noticed I do this last night. Everytime I have a bad dream or dream of someone I don't want to...I backhand it in my dream. basically backhand it out of my thoughts. I'm not violent but it seems to work.
anyone else do anything like that? |

Once while working construction, a hole I was digging caved in on me and had to get dug out by my fellow workers. Well that week I drempt I was in that hole and almost jumped out a second floor window thinking that was my way out. I actually woke up with one leg out the window, was kinda skeery.

I have the same dreams over and over...I have never been able to stop them.
