Yes, and yes. They get the same benifits, and opportunity as men. Woman Police Officers do it everyday.

I am not saying women aren't better equipped to handle things than men, the only thing males have on women is physical strength, and unfortunately in combat, that matters.

personally I think thats quite the generalization. Did you not notice that chivalry is dead haha.. more seriously though, I'm pretty libertarian-like, so as with most life choices, I say if thats where she wants to serve, than thats where she should be able to be Whoa....you're name is yay for me. Didn't read all the posts prior... but I've gotta say I know some pretty pansy guys and some pretty badass girls. If they wanna fight, more power to them I think they'll do just fine and I'll respect them the same as any other soldier.
