That happened to me once, I just closed out of the window, and then went back and it was fine.

play with F11 and F12 go back and forth and see if that doesn't help.

F11 on your keyboard should magnify the screen a bit. click it again and return to the way it was before.

Do you have a scroll wheel on your mouse? Hold down the {Control} button on your keyboard then scroll that wheel up and down. Watch the screen turn into HUGE FONT FOR THE OLD FOLKS then shrink down to tiny little dots impossible to read.
