I have a question for everyone... describe what makes a 'good' man, or a 'good' woman, for you...someone you would want to spend a lifetime with...

I think the purpose is diff for diff people; some only want friends, some want more. Personally, I haven't found anyone I want to spend my life with. I just like connecting with people online or otherwise.

For me, she has to be extremely intelligent and creative, honest, communicative, good sense of humor, loyal, affectionate, understanding (because I am not the easiest person to live with), completely non-mainstream (mainstream bores me to tears within 3 months), flexible, non-religious (or at least not ram-down-the-throat proselytizing), no drugs, no alcohol, no kids.

I actually found one person who fits all of this, and more. Talk about winning the lottery....!! One out of 6 billion....

I fell off the back of a truck, after taking the wrong directions, spent a week in the spam bin, (it wasn't an international site back then), before Mike wiped off the banana peels, and set me on my feet.

I came here looking for those incredible minds that wandered off from the otherside of the moon, and bingo! found a whole heap of other incredible people.

I used to have this big long list of attributes I thought the perfect guy would have. And then I grew up. I'd say just having some common interests and the ability to have conversation whenever about anything. Along with being able to teach other something. I've found most everything else can come from that beginning.
