Personally I like a touch of music, theology is good also. Seeing as I'm in no way religious I can't say God is apart of my spirit. Personally classical music is a good one for me.

I'd have to say with activities I find enjoyable and relaxing. I like to watch awful television, I love to read (better taste there), communicate with my family (and of course, Jistme ), long hot bubble baths, and absolutely spend time with my son...
Today is actually supposed to be mild, before the snow hits again in full force late tonight. Weather permitting, my son and I are going to do our walk around the neighborhood after work/school. It's about a mile, and he has yet to take his new scooter down the "big hill". His joy really feeds my spirit. The expression of happiness, wonder, or pleasure on his face is without comparison so far in my life. |

Okay so we feed the body with good food , we feed the mind with knowledge , my question is how do you feed your spirit ?? Expressing gratitude and practicing compassion are excellent ways to raise one's spiritual vibration. Meditation is another. Accepting one's self, good points and difficult aspects, is important too. One's spirit doesn't have much of a chance to be healthy or helpful if we're beating up on ourselves regularly. |

Ahh to remain child like in wonderment of the world .. that is a marvelous goal and very healing ... you are a smartie .. |

Music is a great way to feed the spirit ... I am curious why are you not religious ? not judging just asking .. When you've been through as much as I've been through, you tend to just rely on yourself. I've been a lot of different religions in my life, so I settled with agnosticism. Better than atheist or satanism (both of which I found entirely too negative for my appeal). |
