The Spirit is fed tru the Word, the company of good friends, nature.
Surround yourself with the things and people who lift you up.
The positive things.
Good music, walks in the beauty of nature, talk with those who inspire you to search for truth.
No matter what you believe in....Spiritual food is good, pure, Inspiring, and educational.
If it isnt made of these....DONT eat it!!!!!

Personally I like a touch of music, theology is good also. Seeing as I'm in no way religious I can't say God is apart of my spirit. Personally classical music is a good one for me.smokin

Music is a great way to feed the spirit ... I am curious why are you not religious ? not judging just asking ..

When you've been through as much as I've been through, you tend to just rely on yourself. I've been a lot of different religions in my life, so I settled with agnosticism. Better than atheist or satanism (both of which I found entirely too negative for my appeal).

I have trouble believing that anyone is an atheist .. people all belive and worship something .. money , themselves another person a hobby ect .. but that is just mho

hmmmm... very good question... now...if only I had a very good answerohwell
SOunds like your spirit needs to be fed lovey , it is difficult in life when our spirit tank is running on empty .. to use a scuba diving analogy .. you would not let your oxygen levels get that low right ?? So what can we do to help ?? What can I do to help ??

you ARE helping...in a way...Don't worry, I'm paying very close attention because maybe you're right and I'm just in a slump.
and btw, I decided a long long time ago that to die while scuba diving would be just plain silly, I always check my air faithfully with great prudence and I do get what you mean... thanks so much.

Oh honey I am not judging I have found myself sucked dry many times in my own life because I neglected that air tank.. now I try to keep more of a reserve available .. I read my bible , meditate , read daily devotionals and of course make sure I do something that I enjoy every day .. Allen do me a favor and go get a book of matches .. keep it with you everyday in case someone or something wants to blow out your light , you can relight it and think about your friend in MO...

My challange to each of you today is take time to feed that spirit .. Let the beauty that is inside of you shine .. make a list of the things that you like about yourself and your unique qualities , sit in silence and just be or what ever you need to do to get to that place of light .. Peace by with you

Pura Vida
