Hi Tex & thanks for the kind words but I trashed all my info...trying to decide to what extent I might endeavor another one... It just became frustrating to meet (virtually) so many wonderful people but not really being able to have a practical hope of meeting them.

I definitely know what you mean. You should keep in mind, though, that the special one could be right around the corner, and to read something worthwhile about you, could pique her interest. I agree about the distance thing. It is much easier when you can meet with someone face to face, and have access to them if you hit it off...

Only problem I have is that if we all are looking for someone round the corner to go have a "regular" relationship with we probably would not even be on this site. I live in a very rural area and nothin but hicks here. (nothing wrong with hicks but like a little class too) That is why I opted to meet someone online. Yes the distance factor can be an issue but it is just going to take longer and more voice conversation to know if they are what you are looking for. No harm in meeting someone to see if ya got that physical chemistry. If not made a good friend and can never have too many of them.

My offer stands that if anyone wanting to meet and Missouri would be a good half-way point My casa su Casa.

Just an added note:
Seems like many on here window shop but never try on the shoes to even see if they fit. I know we are all afraid that they will give us blisters or make our toes hurt but hey if you don't try them on you may never know if they are the most comfortable and favorite pair you ever had. No I don't have a shoe fetish but seemed like a good scenerio.
I do the same thing too but I have decided that I will never get to know anyone by lookin at pics alone and may miss that special one.
