uh-hmmmm well I do have one thing to add ......I don't believe this
lawsuit, but anything is possible, believe it or not MSN had something
like that going on something about people being kicked/banned from the
chatrooms for apparently no reason. I know it's true I was there when it
happened. We got memos about it and the rules about copying all
conversations during the time we were gaveled up in chat whether we were
scheduled or just in to help someone else that was moderating/hosting.

i've been involved with online community for over 20 years. in my
experience, i have never heard of anyone being able to sue anyone else
over something online. it's really really hard. unless you're a
terrorist or child molester, no one even cares. in one situation, it
was a hacker. even with the guy's name and address it was hard to even
get a case. he never was sued, just ended up stopping his illegal
hacking.

most of the time in these situations, it's just someone who is angry and
makes empty threats. i mean think about it, how are you going to sue
someone on this site if you don't know their name or address. we're
certainly not going to give it to you unless you get a court order and
oh.. we don't have that information anyway.

Well I checked send kisses profile out and it said ALOT!! First of all
