What basis are you suing under?
Is this Class-action or not?
What kind of Damages are you seeking?
What is your Discoverable evidence pertaining to said suit?
Since you have a suit on your behalf as well, under what grounds?
What Damages do you seek?

These are all simple enough questions for a 1st year Law Student to
answer so until then SendingYouKisses get a clue. This is the Internet,
where people come to have a good time and shoot the ****. Lighten up and
