Mean Men Syndrome--while anger isn't the word, cautiousness is an appropriate reaction, for a while. I look forward to being in love again, one day; plus I have 2 sons. Some guys are sweet and able.

No A.W.S. here, I still remain friends with my ex as I have realized that one comes away with good from any relationship you have.
A word of advice from those who have come out of a relationship that was less than amiable...ALWAYS look for the good and truly understand and realize what was good about it. What you enjoyed. What you anticipated and grow from there.

the way that I see relationships gone bad is that both people were just trying to get their needs met, and they couldn't make the two coincide. Just because someone needed something that I could not provide; and could not provide me with what I needed, does not make him a bad guy. Most people take things way too personally, when in fact, they are not personal at all. Most of the time, it really is me, not you.

My ex husband cheated on me; but I knew she was much better for him than I was; that she could love him in a way I never could. She did me a favor in my opinion. I have no anger or bitterness.

statistically you are way off dude...women & children are beat, raped, abused and killed all over the world at greater numbers....all people are susceptible to the human condition of anger...all men, women and children alike. Sorry your feeling so singled out, but it is usually a result of trauma or chemical imbalance, please dont use your experience to stereotype all women.
