Topic: Not a Happy Month

Over two weeks ago, my cousin's 25 y/o son hung himself. Last week my friend of 20 yrs. died of colon cancer. He was 54. Yesterday someone I know was repairing his roof and fell off and died. He was a police officer and the father of my child's friend. He was 43. This is not a happy month.

wow sweetie i am so sorry. my grandmother used to say it always ran in 3's. not sure if that is necessarily true, but i hope that things start to look up for you soon. will keep you in my thoughts and prayers xoxoxoxxoxo

i'm sorry for your losses...i lost one friend the wk after new yrs...i still pick up the phone to call or head to his house for a visit

Hugz 2u it hasnt been for me either a good friend of mine died of an acciedental drug over dose and my cousin was missing for 5 weeks we found him hanging in a tree... my life is not so bad.

They say deaths happen in 3's.. Hopefully that's the end for now. I'm so sorry about all of that.

Thank you all. I'm sorry, too, for fall2grace, bgeorge, and cherryangel. No, it won't end with 3 funerals. An elderly family member's time is near. All these funerals in one month gets me down.

I'm so sorry to hear of your losses. I have lost 6 relatives in 2 and a half years. Hoping your sadness lessens, quickly.
