Alright. I read through the whole thread and found it very entertaining. I knew the dude was doomed as soon as I read his post. If you're anything other than touchy-feely nice on here, you get reamed. I did learn that the "average" AREICAN is overweight. My only comment on fatness is that it is not healthy. Look around. How many OLD fat people do you see? So before you continue to rationalize and make excuses for your fatness, take that into consideration. Or don't you want to be around for your kids? no one is saying it's healthy to be fat...

I see quite a few overweight older people when I go to the stores and to the Senior's meetings with friends and my parents.

i never said that i'm the average height!! i'm short as hell! and i know it! i just hate to hear that the "average" is so miss understood! average is all on you! look at it this way, i want to loss weight and i am in my standards. i don't like the way i look and i'm changing that! you have to deside. do i want to look, feel , and just know that i am healthy or do i want to wonder every day if i will have a heartattack today or tommarrow! i know that i am forced to be healthy. i just want everyone to know that healthy people dont weight like 300 pound at the height of 5'!
