We should keep a list of all the people who might be attending the gatherings. I think that would be great. I'd like to know who's all coming, for one.

I plan on being there, only a few hours away.

I should set up one in Chicago some time, but I don't know how comfortable people would be going to an event hosted by an 18 year old!

Its going to take alot to just get to one of these gatherings.

I am keeping a list so I know how much food to get. That is why I need people to let me know if they are coming and I am also trying to get cheap rates for rooms for people to stay that I can't put up who need a place to stay over night.

Holy Cow! Lake Ozark...

I remember cruisin' the strip there when I was in HS. You could walk that couple of miles faster than drive it - literally. I wonder what that area looks like today.

If i wasn't poor.

I am poor but I am doing this to meet all my JSH friends, I am taking so much each month out of my social security check to get this done.

well, My fellow people the date is May 31, 2008 on a Saturday. The shelter picnic area is #1 and is reserved for all day. It has electric. Close to beach and bathrooms. This place offers boating, cave tours, horseback riding, marina, swimming, hiking, mountian biking, trails, and more. It has the Angels Showers waterfall. The Place is at Lake Of The Ozark State Park in Kaiser, Mo. 65047.(573-348-2694) I have not gotten any place for people to stay the night at but there are some nice fair priced motels around and some can come to my place and stay the night. I have a king size bed and a twin and floor. I will supply food and tea and lemonade to drink if I know how many are coming. I want all to come but if you invite people please tell them to let me know so I can figure out the food. I am not asking for money to pay for this but leaving it to donations to help pay for the food and reservations. This way it does not put a stain on anybody. people from other states are also welcome. There can not be any booze. I could not afford the $100. fee for that besides the reservation, sorry. I will furnish name tags and a book for people to sign just for me to have as a memory book.

I have a sheltered pinic area at state park Lake Ozark in Kaiser Missouri. it will be the last sat in May all is welcome it will be full. it will be an all day party. sorry no booze.

We should do these by state... I'd volunteer my house for the Ohio, but it's too small for so much company... plus I can't imagine how much extra cleaning I'd have to do, just in case there are any crazed neat-freaks in the audience.
