Justices Stevens, Souter, Ginsburg, and Breyer are liberals.

Justice Kennedy is a moderate, is the swing vote, and has often gone one way or the other. Justice Kennedy has voted to restrict the death penalty, pro gay rights, and is very supportive of pro-choice. Actually, he's much more of a libertarian.

To say the Supreme Court is CONTROLLED by right-wingers is ridiculous. You speak of them as if they are mere politicians looking to further their career, wealth, and power. From your other posts I did not expect such from you.
