If you get bored...you are just LAZY!

As a child I lived in a rural area and never once said or heard "I'm bored".

I hear kids around here (a beach community) say that, as they play with their mp3 players, skateboards, when they are not in their well fortified cable ready homes........and I want to banish them to a cornfield with a stick and old tire to play with.

Anyone who writes "I'm bored" on THEIR INTERNET CONNECTED COMPUTER......Well...they might need to take up skydiving.....or perhaps pick up a book.

i'm never bored either, i love being "awake" everything that's around me i absorb, and enjoy, tis live passes fast, and i'm experiencing as much as i can, i wouldn't trade it for the world. if you are bored, open your mind, close your eyes, listen, even if there's silence, there's substance....

Beach -- Thank you. You're my new hero! I can't tell you how fed up I am with these "bored" threads. If they have nothing to say, why waste everyone else's time telling us they have nothing to say....?

Bored people are boring people.

Especially when they can't even post their drivel in the proper forum and I have to move 50 of them in one day....!!
