i'm cooking chinook salmon tonight, any suggestions? fairly easy, possibly?

I was raised on seafood, back when the waters were unpolluted, my dad used to bring home coolers full of every kind you can imagine and gut them in the backyard, my mom used to freak cause of the flies they would attract, but boy were they lip smacking good....

Nah, we just don't like your cooking!  I was teasing you Kirk... that's why the smiley guy was sticking out his tongue. I don't think I've ever checked out the food forum. The closest I get to cooking is scrambling eggs or maybe browning some ground beef for chili in the crock pot. |

How come whenever I post fish or seafood recipes in the food forums here none of the JSH people respond? Is it that everyone on here hates Seafood?/????? I love seafood. |
