In my apartment building, there's a guy in a powerchair. I had opportunity to talk to him for a while, helping him get some packages in his apartment. I found out he's got MS. He's got a girlfriend that's totally hot. The only things that are impossible are the things you make impossible. |

Most Definatly! Some people can be very judgemental of others. But thats because they are simply insecure themselves.
Everyone in this world has a soul mate, a companion, their other half. they dont come as fast as we would hope but they come along i promise you. You seem like an amazing man! And i wish you the best in luck finding your someone cause i know it will happen :) God bless. |

a woman can fall in love with anyone. your weight and disability should never stop you from looking for love. there is someone out there for everyone. go try deb's matchmaking thread on this site in the forums. she is great at finding matches. i am sure that you have a beautiful heart and soul and a real woman will see that first and foremost! keeping you in my prayers darlin

It can actually happen for anyone. Is your weight and powerchair status something you can fix? Not trying to advocate the idea of you losing weight to be seen as "attractive", but I am curious that if you are obese and in a powerchair, that maybe some women would be more fearful you could hit health problems and thus get emotionally hurt if something were to happen to you. Something you might want to think about. |

I am really amazed at all the support that everyone has on this site, from the ladies and the guys. I am so glad to have found this site. I feel I have found a whole new family. Thank you all. And if it's not out of line, if anyone knows someone you think might go for a guy like me, please feel free to pass them my name. if nothing else I may find a new friend, which are always welcome.

the weight problem is from a medical problem that my doctor and I are working on, hopefully he can find a solution and I have arthritis in my knees hips and lower back whick is the reason for the wheelchair, I can walk short distances . Other than that I am healthy as an ox. I think I am going to concentrate on the possitive things about me for now on. Like my humor and singing. Definitely the way to go then. Good for you. I hope good fortune finds you then.

A close friend of mine is in a wheelchair and he always has confidence in himself. Just present yourself as a good guy and I'm sure someone will eventually come along.
