Well, he has shared that he feels "I" am one of those good looking guys that wold hold his looks forever... That's not what this is about I am far from a model or anything like that, so please..... I have no clue where this is heading. I think we are all aware of the rules here, as well as our rights as a citizen of the country. But as Mirror said, this site is not run by Congress, so what does the Bill of Rights have to do with anything? He was gonna say that the Bill of Rights applies to JSH, which it doesnt because JSH is not ran by Congress or any government agency Not only that, but the freedom of speech does NOT give a person the right to say something that is considered disrespectful, abusive or or in any other way harmful to another person.

I will answer your question. So you ask what have we lost so far under our Bill of Rights...well under Section 802 of the first Patriot Act where it says in sub-sections where all crime is considered terrorism and other types of nasty sub-sections where it obicerates large sections of our Bill of rights.. 911 was dune bye are own goverment and thay lied to us all on tv and so many dont eveion see it are know it. 2nd -- Under National Security Presidential Directive 51 where under this directive... This Directive gives power a single National Continuity Coordinator in case of Emergency it's a total power grab that a emperor would have Under this Directive Bush Jr. or any other president that should take the White House office after bush leaves will still have these executive orders carried over to the next president. This is a secret government that has the power of martial law incase of catastrophe. He or She of president under this directive will have FULL CONTROL over the U.S. and such a president with such powers that our Founding Fathers had given Congress full authority over any president that comes into office. Now the president has full control under this directive incase of any national emergency he or she deems a national emergency to unveil martial law emergency powers that Hitler would only dream of... 3rd - Our 4th amendment to privacy is about obliterated under the Bush Administration and that's also mainstream news reports and said by constitutional experts...but I don't think u will have the guts to look into all of that will you???

The Freedom of speech is just that, the feedom to say what you want. But, that should not be confused with the right to be heard. Just because you say something, doesn't mean I or anyone, have to listen. And yes, people do get the two confused.

What you have been posting tonight, from what I've seen, does not really seem overly optimistic. If you and handy agree on this... I'm oh so happy for the two of you. But you cannot convince me, in a JSH chat room, about your stance of our government being truth. And neither can Handy, regardless of the number of vedo moves he makes. On you or .....

"using spellchecker" Jim519 -- 1st of all buddy. I know what the Bill of Rights is and if you would like to kindfully debate about this issue. We can debate it here infront of everyone. 2nd -- IndPrnc's said right there in her comments that she has to be Physically Attracted to the person she would like to be with. Now for somebody in my experience in being stereotyped out by women my whole life. Women have made me understand in return that it's all about looks. So from my life's experience being mistreated by women. I've learned that if you are going by a person's physical appearance...you still are going by looks of what you see. If a person doesn't have the looks, appearence or physical taste of another person's eye contact. Then you are going by looks and Physical Attraction is still going by looks. Noticing most of the women you have as friends on your list Jim...it appears you have some lady friends that have looks. So that means you are going by the looks of person instead of who they are. I mean...would you date a lady that did or did not have looks in order to be physically attracted to her? looks are part of what a person is.

Believe what YOU want to believe! but when you get the waking call when Martial Law happens sooner or later this country, and you and everyone else here in our country looses their rights when this goes down. Then you will be remembering what me and Totage have been trying to point out to YOU and everyone else here tonight. Now just remember, that it's people like you. That let our government get by with what they are doing as we speak for the last 8 years under this current Bush administration and one more thing. It's people like you! that very well have a dictatorship now in this country as they had over there in Nazi Germany before WWII ever happened.
