When I originally signed up here, back in December of 2006, yes, it was with the intention of finding someone to date. That turned out not to be possible, but it doesn't matter anymore.

I have'nt actually dated anybody from this site. I guess that I'm looking for mental chemistry with somebody. I'll talk to a lady through messages, but if they can't keep the convo going or they want to meet immediately, I usually become uninterested in them. For me so far, this site has really become 'Just say hi' and that's about it. Is it odd that I don't want the same thing online that I could have in a club or bar?

I do stay around however, because it is an option, and the possibility that this is where that 'person' will come from.

This however is one of the better sites! Now if we can just work on the girls replying to messages it would be alot better.If you take the time to read it,you should atleast say thanks but no thanks.However this is a topic we've talked about before

This site is no different than any other site that brings like minded people together in one location. In my opinion, most are just surveying the landscape for possibilities. Most people enjoy having options in life and when it comes to love, romance or secual pleasure, that aspect doesn't change. For example, if you are looking to by a new car, you will probably test drive several cars that interest you before finally settling on one car. In the dating world, most will probably test drive a few interesting matches before settling on one that fullfills their needs and desires. However, there are those that are not sure what type of car they are looking for and will test drive many cars never to make a decision. As for me, I am a big 4 wheel drive truck guy, so there are not many options available to me that suits my needs and interest. But, i keep looking anyway!!
