it happens alot with older homes hopefully itll only be in the house were it all has to be replaced cause if the gotta bring out a trencher its going to cost alot more. |

suprised how much a good plumber is worth they charge almost as much as electricians. |

then call other plumbers and get a few estimates Ontario

Ontario before you do anything call and get at least 3-4 more come out
and inspect it first and give you and price sometimes they are over pricing and telling you shit that dont even have to be done!! been there done that! |

anytime you have any contractor to do work always get at least three
estimates and always make sure they are liscenced and insured it doesnt matter how much you save when something breaks and your hit with property damage. |
