its just so lame the crap people say. if it was funny i would go with. its that he was lazy and only put one word(no efford on his insult what so ever) that what pissed me off cause i really need 2 meet my people down hear. you guys r cool but it is diferent up north i guess another world. both of my familes r from italy so i am 100% deago. people dont even know where there familes r from in houston. that is a big part of me and i need to b around it.

well dude the way u r talking is like ur insulting houston people that may be why the guy got mad at u when u talk about people being stuck here and not knowing where there fam. is from that's called an insult down here and we try not to be rude around this area of the world. that's like saying all u people from ur home town talk real rude

if you give it a chance it will grow on you and you will learn to love it. I just got back from Nevada after being there for 8 years on a job and could not wipe the smile off of my face once I hit the Texas border.

I'm in Houston, know where my family is from and have no issues with where other folks are from I hope you find a way to enjoy your time in Houston.

I actually like Nevada also. Just missed the people in Texas.

Well I'm not a native of Texas but have been raised here all my life I have nothing against anyone from anywhere. But to say one is stuck it comes off as if you hate it here.Give it time it is like any state it will grow on you. Most people I have meet regardless from Texas or where ever will treat you as you treat them.
Some tend to grab the negative attitude when they sense it and run with it. So take time learn to enjoy where your at. They say Home is where the Heart is all the other places should still be given the chance to learn to enjoy them. Good luck and hope things work out for you where ever you shall go. |

Texas is a great place...and Houston is a great city....-- give it a chance...there are good and bad people everywhere you go. Houston is so huge it's like many cities in one...I live on the north side of town, in Kingwood...(and for the record, I live 10 miles from my parents, and 15 from my sister and her family). |

Never ask a person if they are a Texan
If they are, they will tell you If they aren't, you'll only embarrass them |
