Why call me an old lady? That's uncalled for. You should write under your post that you want to be babied and hear nothing of truth, then you won't get sound advice.

you didn't need to say she doesn't like me, that right there was uncalled for. Don't need to make assumptions like that.

I am purposely not dating anyone right now because I work full time, take two grad courses and am doing a 15/week hour internship. That leaves only enough time for me to sleep, eat, and have about one night/week to myself. You need to try to understand what she is going through. Try not to pressure her because it is stressful enough.

noway Not sure I agree - I would feel smothered if the person I was dating, knowing my work/school schedule still wanted to be around me knowing I would not pay attention to them.

I would find it cute/high schoolish but also distracting, I like to study in complete quiet and solitude.. but that's just me. Why not find something else to do to occupy your time while I study?

jmo happy

Hm, three hours a week is smotheringnoway WoW!

Other then that, I don't think there is nothing wrong wanting a couple more hours. Just see what her schedule is and see if she is willing to work with you. Good luckdrinker

Shadow - he is willing just to be near her while she studies etc...that sounds pretty weird to me... If and when I wanna spend time w/my partner I like to dedicate time to them.

it's ok for him to want more time, if she has any available, I feel school/work/responsibilities trump b/f... jmo
no hard feelings drinker

Good for you to tell her what you're feeling and wanting!

Maybe take her a favorite meal or some take out when you know she's studying ~ she's gotta eat! Meet her for lunch while she's at school ~ little bits here and there and somehow relieving her time and duties by doing some things for her are in order?

Good luck to you!

why is that weird? i love being in someone's presence...just doing my thing. being connected enough that i don't have to entertain them. being able to drink in their being there...without ever having to say a word.

I guess I don't see how that could be weird
