so gypsy try this....get a nice cut of steak, sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper and put in oven at 375... turn after about 10 mins, garlic salt and pepper other side then just cook until done the way you like... take it out and cut it to check every so often... yum! have it with diced bacon!! or mushrooms fried in butter!!

I never know when to turn the steak over.......its always black on the outside.....and raw.....yuck on the inside.......
