If it is getting physical then yes.

I would call 911 .... how guilty would you feel if something really really bad happened that could have been prevented by your call .

If you hear violence, call. It's the proper thing to do...

if they're just screaming at each other, then leave 'em alone. however- if they're getting physically violent, then you're gonna have to call the cops as someone's gonna get hurt otherwise.

If it's too loud then yes call the police not 911, Call your local police that is.

Ditto, you wouldn't want something bad to happen, then you say "what if.."

I guess it would depend if it was a typical argument or a real fight. I don't know how bad it is to say.

I'm surprised more guys aren't saying to call, because in domestic violence situations, it's VERY common for the woman to do the wounding... lol

well,they get very loud to the point that she starts screaming for 'help'
I called 911 before {about 15 times} but they always end up together again.

If it is a "typical" type of argument for them, something that is their norm, then I guess I would ignore it for a bit, but if it escalates and she starts asking for help or yelling or screaming NO - then call and fast. I have never understood people who fight like this and stay together, could be alcohol or drugs involved too. I tend to call and let the police sort it out.

I worked in the prison system for 17 years, typed many criminal history summaries on men killing or severely injuring their wives/girlfriends during "arguments" like this, (but it can also go the other way with the woman hurting or killing the man, too) and I tend to err on the side of letting the police sort it out. Don't want anyone's death or severe injury on my conscience.

If they're bothering you, call the police. Your neighbors won't find out you called the police unless you tell them.
