Zero -
I just tried to send you an email from my email account, and received an error message stating that your mailbox is not available. So it looks like you are not able to receive ANY email at your email address, not just emails from our system. It looks like the problem is with your email account :( Sorry for the bad news. Do you have another email address you can try with? |

Hi Sherrie -
Yes there is. Click on the Mail tab, then click on "Mail Settings" just below the tabs. You'll see a checkbox labeled "Send me an email when I receive mail in my JustSayHi inbox (recommended)" - just uncheck that box and you'll no longer receive email notifications when you get new mail. We definitely recommend keeping email notifications on, however. I know it can be a lot of mail if you're a heavy user, but it's better than missing a message from someone because you forget to check the site. We are planning to have a "Digest" feature which will limit the email notifications to one per day, or one per every 10 messages, etc., so that heavy users aren't receiving too many email messages. Hopefully that will help as well. |

Horseracer - yesterday, Hotmail was having some problems receiving
mail, not just from our system, but from ANY email account. I sent several emails from my Yahoo account to Hotmail users, and all bounced back, so the issue was with Hotmail, not our system. If you are a Hotmail user, that might have been the problem. Hopefully Hotmail should have a fix soon (if not already), and when they do, you can try confirming your email again. Hope that helps. |

One more piece of advice for Hotmail users:
If you want to ensure that our emails do not go into your Spam folder, you can take the following steps: 1. Log into your Hotmail account 2. Click Options. 3. On the left side of the page, click Mail, and then click Junk E-Mail Protection. 4. Click Safe List. 5. Type "no-reply@justsayhi.com" in the box, and then click Add. Hope that helps. |

Hi Vanchua
I actually don't need the e-mail verification to my e-mail address as I will see it here in Justsayhi. But thank you for the heads up on that anyways. cheers, Ghostrecon |
