Hi everyone,
Many of you may see a message at the top of your My Account page about verifying your email address. We are doing this to make sure you get notified when people send you messages. Many people are getting our notifications sent to their SPAM or BULK folders. We included instructions if this is happening to you. Hope this helps! Cheers, Vanchau |

still coming into my bulk got 1 this morning was able to reply no
problem? |

gethappy - make sure to mark any mails from us as "Not Spam". That will
help ensure that future mails do not get sent to bulk. Also, you can try adding our return address "no-reply@justsayhi.com" to your address book. That can also help ensure that your email notifications of new messages do not get sent to bulk. Hope that helps. |

I clicked the 'verify' and I don't get the e-mail... funny that cuz
you've got the correct addy for me.. I WAS receiving all the emails prior to this switch.. now.. nothing... what gives?? PS.. I've tried the 'resend' thang 2.. twice.. nada... HELP |

Zero_effected - nothing was changed to the way emails were sent, so if
you were receiving them before, you should still be receiving them now, unless something has changed at your email provider. Have you checked your bulk mail folder? |

that's the thing.. was receiving them before this 'verification' started
but not receiving any NOW... had no problems with them before.. didn't get caught in any filters.. I've Checked them ALL.. and NOT the server.. of that I'm very sure... AND so you know.. I've not changed any email settings in here or in my e-mail account.. and I can't get Rid of that darned 'Verify' thang across me screen when I log in!!!! woe is me... LOL |

verify it is the correct address. |

thanks Kevin.. did that the first time.. all WAS good.. considering I've
been getting e-mail en mass from here until they put this "verify" thang.. then.. everything went sideways LOL |

I checked mine (and it did need fixed) and yes the messages were going
to my bulk folder which I fixed on that end and still the verify message is coming up. |

DOH ! Well I guess it would have helped if I had hit the verify link on
the email. Got'er fixed now! |

nope.. checked EVERY possible place.. never received the email.. AND the
email addy IS correct on here so.. chock yet another one up to the Annal's of ""Zero's Weird and Wacked out World!!! "" |

Zero - try adding "no-reply@justsayhi.com" to your address book and see
if that helps. Also make sure to empty your bulk folder before having the verification email sent. If you're like me, I get tons of spam every day, and sometimes it's hard to find the good emails amongst all the junk. Let us know if that helps. |

nope.. didn't do it.. AND the junk file IS empty.. bulk is turned OFF so
it all falls into junk :o) there's STILL nothing there.. Welcome to the Twilight Zone folks :o) |
