I dont believe that a guy should get anythig form a women for valentines day. I believe that Valentimes day is more for women. Why?? Because I dont think guys tell women enough that they love them and just how special they are in their lifes. Valentines day kinda makes up for it, well in a way lol. Even though we should show our women just how blessed we are to be apart of their life.
Thats why on valentines day we shouldnt go out and just buy her just anything. We should be creative and use everything that we learn about her (all of her likes and favorite) and get something form the heart or make something. Atleast you can say that It came from the heart and my lil hands made it just for you. After all Its the little things that count I always say. |

Stereotypes and it sounds like describing your own shortcomings. Valentines day is a celebration of love, not of women. AHHH!

i agree jack, both parties should show the other that they feel blessed to have them, and be part of theie lives. it goes both ways.
VALENTINE IS NOT GENDER SPECIFIC! and if i had a significant other at the moment, i would definitely show him that i am thankful that he is mine. because he could have just as easily chosen someone else...think about it. |

I will say this, I think that your thoughts of them are great but that should also be returned to the guys, through THEM knowing and showing US GUYS, that "THEY" love US to... It doesn't have to be any kind of a gift, but the SHOWING,,,,should be a little EXTRA , in their giving as we guys give THEM!!

i dont think that people should do that just on v-day...i think its something that should be shown all year...i'm not talking about always buying them something...just a little note, dropped at his or her's work. to let them know u miss them and care...or ur out shopping or something and u see something small that u know they would like and just get it for them....Just stupid little things like that...

I have said this before......it doesn't matter how much you spend on a gift. If a 99 cent card says your feelings then it will be worth a million dollars to the recipient. Give your heart-not your wallet.
