1)Share a romantic pic nic for two 2)Take a romantic walk on the beach. 3)Plan a suprise dinner at home. 4)Rent a movie and call it a blockbuster night 5)Take a nature hike together. 6)Play a game of miniature golf. 7)Take her to go see the dolphin watch. (Make sure its around the time the sun starts to go down) 8)Cook a meal together, afterwords you can talk about it and laugh. Ok let me know if they sound good or if you have any. |

I think if you want to loose weight do it the old fashion way. The pills now a days are really bad for your kidneys, you have to drink lots and lots of water in order for it not to harm you. Why not just portion your food, cut out all the snaking and grease. Well dont give up like cold turky, Just do it little by little. Eventully uoull get use to eating health. Also walking makes a big difference. To hell with portioning your food...I eat like every 2 hours and a lot....I just know what foods to pig out on! Nothing blows a diet worse then a rumbling tummy....If you wanna snack ...have one! Pomegrantes are my FAVORITE. Dont take pills Start building up your metabolism with excersize & take the vitamins & protein I mentioned. Sorry for the ramble....Im a recently converted health nut DAMMMMN! SOOORRY CHEEEEZE LOL
