Arabic Menu - Rober Salloum (For Gourmets)

Crusted hallwayo fish with coriander and tomato sesame with mmajhous rice.

The Hallwayo fish fillet is marinaded with lemon juice, olive oil, and a masala of original spices
Encrusted with a sambal oelek, cumin and lemon zest topping, it is then baked in the oven
The dish will be served with aromatic yellow rice, pickled lemon and a spicy tomato sauce

Lucindale confit halibut, baby cos herb salad with Italian dressing.

The fresh halibut is poached in a Lucindale white wine stock, marrying beautifully with the full flavour of the fish

How are you???

So these 2 dogs adopted us. Theywere hanging out in the front yard yesterday all day then we thought they went home but guess what = we found them sleeping in the basement this morning!! they did not chew or go to the bathroom! A big bloodhound and a little beagle. They go everywhere together. we went around the neighbor hood trying to find their home but could not so we have 3 dogs now....noway noway
