But all remember -- i did not say you will go to hell for it..it just says ; god will hold it against you on the day of judgement ..thats all it says ..

God says twice in the bible that it will be held against you on the day of judgment I am born again, saved. I am also a preacher's son and I keep gettin tats! Maybe I shouldn't do it, but I do. I love my tats! Yeah, isn't there a biker preacher man on TV thats all tattoo covered with a long beard? There are plenty of em. Including the lead tattoo artist of Miami Ink.

I don't think it is ever a good idea to get a lover's name as a tattoo, but family is ok. I would not regret getting a family members name tattoed on me. oh crap now ya tell me i just had i love suz tatooed on my ass! OMG Madam you crack me up! You should've came with me and my brother on our trip, then the ride there wouldn't have been so boring

But, if you ask for forgiveness of your sins, God throws your sins as far as the east is from the west. God will forgive and forget your sins if you ask for forgiveness.

I love them on me and I love to see them on people and by the way Im a christian I think they are way more accepted today then ever before.

i can already see no one really understanding what im really saying .. Nah dude, we understand you. I am just trying to get the point across that God does forgive and forget. Sin is sin, other than denouncing or not accepting Christ, all sin is equal to another sin.

RIGHT - but i didnt say everyone that gets one will go to hell , i just said its wrong to go out and do something thats against god just to turn around to ask forgiveness for it .. cause it also says "tho shall not temp the lord tha god"

I'm sorry but I believe the bible was created by christians to make people behave and act like them. I do believe in God, though I think it's very unrealistic to think this all mighty being is up there all pissed at me for getting a tattoo and sending me to enternal damnation.

I said "no, it don't." But, sometimes we make choices to live worldly rather than walking the legacy Christ left for us. But, I can say this, it may not be right; but, it does lead to giving you one hell of a testimony to save and teach many!
