Topic: Tattoos Accepted?

God says twice in the bible that it will be held against you on the day of judgment that doesnt mean nothing to me, u still can be a good christian and get tattoos, ppl take that ou of context too much. My best guy friend is covered in tattoos and goes to Wolbi theres nothing wrong with them. I have 3 and still conting...lol i didnt say you cant be a christian if you have them .. but if youre already a christian , then you should know better then to go out and get more cause god is against it .. how in the world do you know that God is against a tattoo?? Doesn't he have bigger problems?

I have 5 and I am craving another one bad. I got all of them for me-no one else. If I have on business attire no one can see them. If your gonna regret it then don't do it-but I love them! And they are extremely hot on guys!!!!!!!!!! Its an addiction.. just as any drug lol i definately agree....if i had the cash....damn lol The guy that does mine traded my labor working on his racecar for my left sleeve lol.. sucker!

i think your right about not getting a loved ones name,cuz i did that and 5 yrs later had to cover it with a grim reaper...i heard its a jynx.....but tatoos are great..I just got another about a week ago and i have some from the 80s theyre a little faded but never had any problem

Everyone......get out your bibles-it is time for an old fashioned bible study-can we have a covered dish supper afterwords????? I will bring the collard greens and the banana pudding! Woo hoo! it says in the bible : "tho shall not put any engraving images apon tha body" The Bible does say it is a sin, but if you ask for forgiveness it will not be held against you.

Tattoo artist make out pretty good no matter which end of the stick they are on. They need something.. trade some ink for it.. lol

The only thing that I have ever heard from the bible against tattoos is self preservation.. not supposed to damage your body or something along those lines right? Meh, maybe I need to go study more.. you are right .. back then it was called Marking and Engraving .. today we call it Tatooing ..

I was listening to the news earlier talking about tattoos being out of fashion and how people are suffering from bad early 90's tattoo decisions. What you think? It depends, Tatts are a life long decision. If you do get one, carefully consider the tatt and the location, consider how it will look as you get older. Is it something you're going to apperciate when you're 90? JMO

I was listening to the news earlier talking about tattoos being out of fashion and how people are suffering from bad early 90's tattoo decisions. What you think? It depends, Tatts are a life long decision. If you do get one, carefully consider the tatt and the location, consider how it will look as you get older. Is it something you're going to apperciate when you're 90? JMO I agree... anyone getting a tattoo should put a lot of thought into first.

I'm still waiting for someone to come up with the chapter and verse(s) that says "Thou shalt not get any tattoos" All this claiming of what the Bible does or doesn't say... I'm from Missouri, Show Me.

most of my friends have tats i think they are a way of self expression .but if ya don!t like hell don!t get them but don!t judge me there love man
