Spelling and broken English are a must, this guy doesn't even seem to have that, so I wouldn't expect much more? If you can't even complete a sentence, things are bad.

My advice would be to find a woman from one of the poorer parts of Russia in need of a green card. English wouldn't be an issue and she'd treat you like a king simply because without you she gets deported.
 Other than that I'm pretty sure you're boned.
