That's not good, you're supposed to be completely alert while getting a tattoo, otherwise a professional artist would have to stop.

Most people can tolerate the sensations of receiving a tattoo.. but again, you have to be alert during all of them, or the tattoo artist has to be forced to stop.

And...do you think I am too old to do something like that, would it look silly on me?

When I was getting a tattoo, the guy beside me, the guy that was giving him his tattoo, just got finished saying that his grandmother, at age 85 let him tattoo her..

You're NEVER too old.

If you watch Miami Ink, at all.. theres a chance you might
have seen when 80yr. old Annie went and got the A on her arm,
she was so cute, and just like, listening to her, and what
she had to say.. It's true, you are never too old :]

If you have to question if this (tattooing/getting inked) is for you, it truly may not be... jmo

You are never too old. A tattoo is artwork that shows and expresses a person's character and individuality. I have recently got 2 tats on my hands and around my nipples. I am getting several that express my individuality and personality. If you find tats to be something you like; express yourself. They truly don't hurt and if there is a slight pain it is only for a brief moment. Just never settle for just any design; be sure it is something sincere to yourself and something you want that expresses YOU. Personally, I think tats are awesome! And, age has no reflection on a person's individuality!

Carpe Diem!,
Ace
