well...to be honest myself, and any girl I know, all think that we are at our grossest while at the gym so stay away from anything that has to do with appearences.

HAH. one time i asked someone to flex for me, and they were like "you might wanna call the plumber" and i just gave him a weird look, he was like "the pipes might burst" it was cute, and funny - at least i thought so.

When I work out, the last thing I want is for a guy to come up and talk to me. Thank God our gym is not co-ed! Maybe you should wait till she is leaving and then when you both are walking out say something to her? Say something like..Wow what a workout! Oh btw I am blah blah blah and I think she will tell you her name if she is interested. Good luck!

Ask her if you can spot her and if she says yes say "there you are." That will work and your welcome.
