This is my first poem ever so here it goes


As I lie here,
with my eyes closed,
dreaming about you,
and the last words you chose.

After five years,
without so much as a fight,
and how everything,
felt just so right.

Our love, our love,
will forever be,

growing, growing,
like branches on a tree.

How could it be?
where did it end?
please tell me, please tell me.

why are they so mean?
I did nothing wrong,
