As long as a Democrat wins, then I am happy! Obama would be a great President, and Hillary would too. I am looking at it from the standpoint of who would be the Democrats best candidate to beat the Republicans. The Democrats all have the same views on the issues that they believe in, and the same is true for the Republicans. I don't understand how any person could vote Republican after 8 years of Bush. I think that Obama would make a better candidate because he is new and the Republicans can't polarize him in the media as much as they can Hillary. I really like both Hillary and Obama. I think that the best choice would be an Obama and Hillary ticket, or a Hillary and Obama ticket for President! VOTE DEMOCRAT IN NOVEMBER!

Not really the same views. Obama is closer to center as far as views go. Hillary will do like Bill did and use polls to figure out what the majority of America wants to do and she will do that. Huckabee has his global sales tax/income tax abolition solution for the economy. Mit Romney has strong economic points and wants to set a date to withdrawal troops while McCain has weak economic solutions (if any) and stands on wanting to keep troops in til the job is finished. All Republicans are leading away from the Bushes and more towards Reagan. A Bush endorsement would only hurt them.

I am not for either Hillary or Obama, but since I must make a choice on this thread, it is Obama. My reason is that Hillary is too much of a socialist and she will destroy the country with her agenda. Therefore, between the two of them, Obama is the lesser of two evils.

Cool.

I just don't know about Hillary though. I don't know what it is, but she just rubs me the wrong way.

I am a Democrat, and I am proud to be a Democrat. The fact is that the Democrats and Republicans have to work with congress, and represent their constituents who voted them in to office. The bottom line is that the Democrats will stand for the same fundamental issues of lowering taxes for the middle class and the poor, investing money for health care and education to help the people here in our own country, and getting our country out of this mess in Iraq. The Republicans will continue to stay the course in Iraq no matter who their candidate is because the war in Iraq helps to feed their political agenda. The Republicans will continue to feed the rich and hate the poor, and they will nominate Supreme Court Justices who will ultimately destroy our individual freedoms, and rights to privacy guaranteed to us all by the U.S. Constitution. VOTE DEMOCRAT IN NOVEMBER!

It seems most of the arguments I hear against Obama are against his experience... All of the candidates are either senators or governors, aside from Giuliani. We can look at their records, but I think more importantly we should look at their character. I think that Obama has one of the the strongest characters out of any Presidential candidate in the last 40 years. A quote from his declaration speech sums up what I think a lot of people want, change, "I know that I havent spent a lot of time learning the ways of Washington, but I've been there long enough to learn that the ways of Washington must change."

Yeah, I liked that speech. I love listening to Obama talk. His speeches are moving, inspirational, and actually fills you with some hope for the future. When I listen to Hilary, it seems like, oh I heard that before, and so she doesn't keep my attention.
