May even be able to tunnel through the debris of previous
administrations to find the truth on different things the public want to
know.

Just think about role reversal, willie boy had been president with
hillary as first lady. now it looks like hillary could the nex
president, with willie boy (bill) for first lady. LMFAO

i think larry the cable guy could probably do a better job than what we
have in their now!!

You know, someone like Larry The Cable Guy would be good. We need to get
back to grass roots politics where even someone that is poor can run and
have a real chance. We should ban all of the special interest
fundraising, the political fundraisers that totally make it so the
poorer of our society cannot afford it, ban million dollar commercials
that only serve to slant an opponent instead of getting issues out
there, etc., etc.
Is it any wonder that only 1% of our nation holds the majority of the
wealth? The rich continue to get richer while the poor continue getting
poorer. Sociological fact folks. While Larry may be wealthy now from his
comedy, he started out from modest means and I don't think he has
forgotten his roots. That is what we need. We definitely DON'T need the
wife of an impeached President in that office. She can't be that
intelligent if she is still with Bill. LOL

we just need a president that cares about every day people like us. not
some daddys boy that grew up with a silver spoon in the mouth!

i like your idea poolpro. we could start a campaign review board but it
would probably just get bribed and prop up the candidate that paid them
lol

Those trashy ass Bush twins will win a joint election and legalize drugs
and prostitution.

Thu 12/07/06 10:46 AM
Solow, that might not be the worst of ideas. Some of our current
legislation lets a drug dealer do more time than a child molester. Let's
get someone that will change the law so child molesters can get the
death penalty and drug dealers/users can get help. Neither trade drugs
nor prostitution will ever go away. Candidates right now swimg the
direction of the most money. The legal drug trade gives them a shitload
of money for their campain and addiction to "legal" pharmaceuticals is
outrageously high. END OF SOAPBOX!

Scariest part of this topic is eventually we could see another
revolution in our lifetime that would lead to another civil war. Some
say that would not be a bad idea. I don't want to even contemplate that
idea. What a mess that could and would be.

I totally agree with poolpro on the drugs/child molester part. Goes
back to my previous post, I'll vote for someone who isn't a politician.
They're ALL dirty. I'd much rather see someone in office who's been
screwed by the system, so us "lower-class" people get a voice instead of
just bitchin with no end in sight.

an uprising similar to a civil war is always messy but sometimes they
are necessary. it lets the people in charge know that there is a problem
and that they are only representatives of the people.

Well, they're supposed to be, but most of them look out for themselves
and their "agendas" now.
